1. Scope of Services

ALKHTOWAH ALSAREAH provides business setup, PRO services, and corporate consultancy in the UAE.

2. Fees and Payments

• All service fees quoted are exclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Government fees (DED, MoHRE, etc.) are subject to change by the authorities and will be billed at the actual cost at the time of the transaction.

3. Liability

In compliance with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws, we are required to conduct Due Diligence on all clients.

4. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for the authenticity of all documents provided. Any delays caused by incomplete documentation are not our responsibility.

5. Refunds

• Government fees paid to UAE authorities are non-refundable.
• Service fees for work already initiated are non-refundable.

6. Government Policy

We act as an intermediary. We are not liable for changes in government policy, laws, or sudden fee increases.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the UAE.
